Can I return my Floppiis if I am not satisfied?
Yes. You have 30 days after receipt to return your Floppiis. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Just send an email to support@floppii.com and we'll arrange it together.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Register your return on this page. Enter your order number and the reason for return. Within 24 hours (on working days) you will receive instructions and a return label from us. Once we receive your package, we will check it and you will receive a message.
How much does it cost to return?
Return costs depend on your location. Email us at support@floppii.com and we'll send you the return instructions.
Can I exchange my Floppiis for a different size or color?
Yes, you can. Register your exchange on this page and indicate which size or color you wish to receive. Once we receive your original pair, we will send the new pair right away.
When will I get my money back?
Once we have received and checked your return, you will receive your money back within a few working days using the same payment method you used to pay. Depending on your bank, it may take 3 to 5 working days for the amount to appear in your account.
