What size should I choose?
Floppiis fit best with a little extra room. If you're between sizes, go up. Check the size chart on any product page to find your fit.
How do I clean my Floppiis?
Easy: rinse with lukewarm water and a little mild soap if needed. For stubborn spots, use a soft cloth or brush. Skip the washing machine, dryer, and harsh cleaners, they're not necessary and can damage the EVA.
Can I change my address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can fix it, email us the correct address and your order number as soon as possible. Once it's on the way, you'll need to contact the carrier using your tracking link.
What are Floppiis made of?
Made from 100% EVA: lightweight, waterproof, and non-slip. Soft underfoot, easy to rinse clean and built to take everyday wear.
How long do Floppiis last?
With normal use, Floppii slides last for years. The EVA is wear-resistant, colorfast, and holds its shape. If you hit a manufacturing defect, email us and we'll sort out a replacement.
Are Floppiis waterproof and suitable for the shower?
Yes. The EVA material makes them fully waterproof, good for the bathroom, pool, or beach. Rinse them off and they're as good as new.
Do Floppiis help with foot or back pain?
A lot of people buy Floppii for the sole alone, 1.75 inches of shock-absorbing EVA that cushions every step. It's comfort with a job: enough support to keep you moving, soft enough that you actually want them on.
