What does pre-order mean?
With a pre-order, you reserve your HappyFlops before they are officially in stock. This ensures that you will be among the first to receive them when the new collection arrives. Handy, because popular models and sizes often sell out quickly.
Will my pre-order be charged immediately?
Yes. To reserve your pair, the amount is charged immediately when you place your order. This guarantees that your size is held for you.
How much does it cost to return?
Returns from the Netherlands and Belgium are free. You will receive a prepaid return label from us.
When will my pre-order be shipped?
The expected shipping date is always stated on the product page of your pre-order item. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with track & trace.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
As long as your pre-order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it free of charge. Send an email to support@happyflops.com with your order number, and we will arrange the cancellation and refund.
